MOST FREQUENTLY USED SIDE PROFILES FOR SIGNS
FLT PROFILE
It is a flat aluminum tape, 0.6-0.8 mm thick. Applying this technology, the face of the letters is smooth and the edge of the tape is not visible when viewed from the front. FLT tape is perfect for smaller letters and complicated shapes..
Available widths: 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 mm in standard colors *. Upon the client’s special request, we powder coat the tape in any chosen RAL color or we can produce it in other widths.
DFT PROFILE
DFT aluminum tape (0.6-0.7 mm thick) has a double folded edge and as an effect is stronger. When using this profile, a 1.5 mm edge is visible on the face. Thanks to this, DFT is suitable for the production of larger signs.
Available widths: 60, 80, 108, 120 mm in standard colors *.
ST + PROFILE
It is a specially reinforced aluminum tape (1 mm thick) with a 5 mm edge bent on the face. The edge holds the face of bigger signs better, making them stiffer and more stable. This is our original technology designed for large letters.
Using the ST + profile, we can safely make signs up to 300 cm high!
The width and color of the tape are adjusted to the client’s preferences.
